In celebration of BTS’ 10th anniversary, Solo Documentaries of BTS members Suga and J-Hope to be released in theaters. The documentaries will contain behind-the-scenes of their individual albums.
J-Hope, Rapper of BTS released his first solo album JACK IN THE BOX(2022) on July 15th last year. He made his solo performance debut on July 31 at Lollapalooza 2022 on the final day of the event in Chicago. In September, he featured in a single, “Rush Hour” by Crush. He also collaborated with American rapper J.Cole for the single, “On The Street” which released on March 3. He is currently serving in military as an active-duty soldier.
The documentary, J-Hope IN THE BOX, will show us the daily life of the artist, for 200 days, from the production of his album, “Jack in the Box” and the listening party, as well as his preparation and performance on the stage of “Lollapalooza”. J-hope IN THE BOX is available to watch on Disney+ and Weverse.
SUGA: Road to D-DAY
Suga, Rapper of BTS who has produced numerous hit songs for BTS as well as other K-pop idols is a world-renowned artist. He goes with stage-name AgustD for his solo albums. He recently released his album “D-Day” and is currently on his first solo world tour, the Suga Agust D Tour. He will visit Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan for his solo concert.
Throughout the documentary, we will be able to see the star at his most vulnerable, as he discusses his works with other musicians, and dig in deep into his memories to pen lyrics for some of his latest songs.
SUGA: Road to D-DAY is available on both Disney+ and Weverse. Global tickets will be on sale from 17 May at 8 am KST. More details are yet to be announced.
