Seventeen is a 3rd generation South Korean boy band. The group consists of 13 members. It was formed by Pledis Entertainment in 2015. Seventeen has emerged as a powerful group with lots of hard work and efforts. They are known for their versatile music and energetic dance performances. They are usually referred as “Self-Producing Group” as they produce most of their music, lyrics and choreographies.
The group name Seventeen is derived from the expression: 13 members + 3 units + 1 group = 17.

The members DK, Hoshi and Seungkwan debuted as a sub-unit called BSS on March 21, 2018. They released their first single, “Just Do It”. Later in January 2023, Pledis announced that BSS would make a comeback. Their first single album, Second Wind with “Fighting” featuring Lee Young-ji was released on February 6. The album consists 2 other tracks: Lunch and 7PM.
